David Goatman

David is a partner at the global real estate consultancy Knight Frank LLP and Head of Energy, Sustainability and Natural Resources. Prior to this David worked at the London 2012 Olympics as Senior Sustainable Development Advisor. David has worked on large real estate and infrastructure projects such as Broadgate and ‘The Cheesegrater’ in the City of London, Wembley Park, Battersea Power Station, and The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
In recent years he has taken on the role as lead ESG advisor to a wide range of global real estate investors including private equity firms, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and listed investment trusts; helping them on their transition to ‘net zero’. In addition, David is an advisory board member at the Imperial College Centre for Climate Change Innovation.
